This program is based on longer cardio intensive workouts.
This will focus on toning and leaning out
rather than putting an emphasis on building strength.
The workouts will focus on kettlebells, dumbells, low level gymnatics,
body weight movements, cardio, and WILL NOT include a heavy barbell.
ZERO CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
